Antonio Joli-Interno di Reggia con figure di guerrieri

This is the original photos of the Capriccio by Antonio Joli

I started the manipulation by changing the background to create different scene.

I also adjust the capriccio to the new background, both light and color.

Light changed in this one.

This one is combination of saturation, color balance and light change.

This is the further change of the one above which make the picture look old.

This is the attempt to emphasize the situation in the foreground to be more dramatic.

This is the combination of changing the setting and light to generate more positive feeling
towards the situation for the protagonist.

I change the setting from outdor to indoor.

I try to draw attention to the background by changing foreground to grayscale.

I try to make it look as if it was in the theatre.

  1. What a range! I really get excited by your spatial alterations like when you introduce the painting of St.Peters Basilica in the background. And the theatre! Would require a little more photoshop precision to be really good. But your lighting alterations are very good. Might be good to experiment a bit also with the people and possibly introducing a new use or program. And erasing or replacing the ornamentation to completely change the type of space.
