Alteration 1

               The painting of the whole city originally come from the painting of the interior space that included many physical model and architectural drawing by one British architect name Sir John Soane. By replaced the interior dome with physical sky and mountain and by add more people in the painting with the same scale as the city.The environment change the models into the city.

     

   Original & Diagram 

            To analyst the component in the painting and edit I create the diagram to framing each component 

such as 2D presentation, 3D presentation and draw the line to find volume of space.

Alteration 1

            How experience change by composition? this alteration focus on the relationship between scene composition and character. This alteration remove the character from the center, erase the star at the background to remove every symmetrical reference of the painting.  The result is the blank sky and one guys. The experience of stage and magical gone.

1. I try to mixed two painting together and make perspective of the city by replace the room with the sky dome
    Then remove all 2d presentation on the painting 

2. This one I think to inverse the idea of previous one by flatten the 3d model in the painting to become the 2d
    this change flatten overall painting and create the surreal space.

 3. The different of this painting is that the painting capture closed space from the inside while most of capriccios paint
     the space that connected with exterior. I try to create the same connection leave the structure of the room to create     
     connection  of exterior and interior 

4. The experiment base on scale conflict continue with idea of color, Because color can also define the unusual experience.
    By paint each building into extreme candy color, the buildings were become city of toy and it look so unreal. 

5. The human scale is one of the most useful object that tell the scale of other stuff. By added lighting effect to the guys 

    on the right. He will become the key for clarify the real scale of building. 

6. The last one is not finish yet, But it about mixing 3d and 2d. By using V-ray to render the space,remove 

    all ornament and detail of the room and change the color of light the contrast of room and models effect to space

   and time. It seem to be the exhibition of neo-classic architecture in modern museum.

STAGE SET FOR MOZART'S MAGICAL FLUTE 

1. What I saw from the painting is how it generate depth of fantasy space by cloud's color. The darker seem to be            foreground of the painting while the lighter seem to be middle ground. What if I blend  foreground and background    together?

2. The symmetry of painting's composition effect a lot to create atmosphere grand, heavenly stage for performance of the

    world famous musician. 

    But what if I remove the star dome and move the musician to the left. Yes it just the sky with some guys in it. The     atmosphere completely change.

3. By adjust color temperature the painting lose the atmosphere of immortal from the heaven now He become the

    devil from hell.

 4. Opposite from no.3 I want to change the scene of night and star to become daylight. The atmosphere of overall

     change and now it seem to be God in the heaven! 

5. The sky dome at the back is the only one architecture reference  in the painting and It refer to the space of fantasy

    stage. What if we can use power of rendering to create real dome for him ? and change the star to spotlight ?
